If a computer with the installed Keylogger NET is not connected to Internet - the Spy module is waiting for connection, and shall send all logs to the E-mail address right after the appearence of Internet on the computer.

What are special characters?

You can see the error pop-up window if You try to re-install Keylogger NET entering a wrong E-mail address - not the one used before. Please, re-install or uninstall the software with the previously used E-mail address.

 

I have activated Keylogger software, but still cannot get log files. Please, solve the prob!

First of all, You need to test Keylogger and get log file in 24 hours after the spy module installation or in 6 hours if You test Keylogger NET Plus, Keylogger XE, Keylogger NET4XT. And set your e-mail box to receive logs from keylogger.ru server, because we have no any possibility to contact you.

Remember! Some mail servers mark our mail servers as suspicious blocking all sended e-mails. Often e-mails from us - also with logs - cannot reach You, for example, if You use such free mail servers as: yahoo.com, live.com. Thus, You can loose our important e-mail with Activation instructions or logs. So, please, visit Spam folder at your mail server searching for our e-mail. And if You hear silence from our side for a long period - send us e-mail with some words about the situation and your alternative e-mail address. And remember that You need to send us your Keylogger Licence number while the activation, because all network Keyloggers have the remote activation process.
